was just wondering if it made a difference when your blooming your flowers if you have more than 12 hours of dark if it matters at all? And if their is a way to bloom them faster how would u do so?

look in growfaq/advanced techniques/increasing yield to find a page on creative light cycles to enhance yield

Nope, flowering time is genetic, and we can't change it. It's the number of full night periods that determine ripening.

And you're thinking like most growers do, that less light will speed ripening, it doesn't. As a matter of fact, if you give them less than 12 hours of light per day, your THC amount will be less.

IOW we want to give them as much light as we can each day, while still keeping them in flowering.
