Haha jk. Read thru all the way and saw some good stuff. I always chop off the dead or dying ones. I like my plants to look clean. I wonder what they would be like if I hadnt chopped any though! Lol
I alwase let the dying leaves fall off on their own.

When a plant is cannabilizing its self there is a reason.. And if you pull their food, they move onto the next leaf.

Your better off leaving them alone and using the fucked up leaves as a visual cue to how you plant is recovering.

I trim mine about every 2 -7 days .
Depends on everyones situation.

If they are slow you can give them time 2 recover.

But i found if i wait a whole week everything just grew back that i was trying to get rid of lol

Daily is too much imo as well .

If im pulling handfuls ill pluck every 2 days

If i pluck a bucket then i wait a few more like 5 days to a week :)

Meh. Seems like daily. In all reality its prolly 1 or 2 times a week. But I do pull a fair amount of leaves. I am getting to be too deep in flower to pull more than 1 or 2 at a time now so the other day I have her the last real solid hair cut before last week or so of flower. Now its just maintenance to keep the shape and light coverage I want

That said veg was insane with this girl. I see you kept saying you only were going to leave the top set of leaves, I did that on this girl. Everything that wasnt a "top" was gone. I left all the side shoots off the main branches blah blah blah but the top set of leaves was all that was there. That said what I did notice happen is it strictly caused my plant to worry about growth outward. Pushed all the growth. I am prolly making no sense. But I am in dwc and it exploded always about 4 days after.

Example. In this one I didnt take down to top sets but I was pretty rough on her

Looks dope. I dont ever really pull that many. Except yesterdays pull. Other than that its been 10-15 or now that I am deep in flower it will be selective pull one or two tops 5 if they in the way. This only my 2nd grow tho

If you are after production you all are trimming wrong.
You are setting and using your nets wrong .
You are not using the depth of your light or your lights and air effectively,

Take my pictures and draw what you would do to the end plants as they are still relativley untouched

Although i dont know if i have time to do your terminal shoot method.

I also have my ears open

Especially for the next run as this one was a slow ass montercrop run :)

Hell boys you have a light that penetrates 3 ft deep?
You are only allowing the light to penetrate 6 inch's into the canopy with your light,
If you were fucking your old lady would you just put the tip of it in her if you had a three foot cock? Hell bury it in her deep and hard,
Thin your canopy and let the light in, leave the damn fan leaves alone and cut the side Branch's off that do not produce anything , make the bud development develop near the terminal stem .
Pinch the top of the terminal stems and make the plant force itself to heal . When you first set a group of plants cut the tops all level and blast them with light, cut all side Branch's off forcing the energy to the terminal .
From the start to five weeks you do this, do not let the energy off of the terminal stems, force it to it and keep it forced to it, clean the underside of course, let light and air through the plant.
