I think that was the announcement that they closed the application process?
I have not seen any formal announcement on this, do you have a link to this? If HC had issued a moratorium on new applications, I think they would have that posted on the MMPR section of the HC website.

Correct. There is no "formal" announcement.
Numerous people have been informed to let their "friends" know not to both applying anymore.
They're also rejecting more applications per day than ever before from what I've heard.

Yes, this is the information that @rnr posted elsewhere, but I can validate it from 2 entirely separate sources than that.

This seems strange considering there are news clippings every day of large companies making acquisitions and getting ready to file applications. If HC has decided to close the doors, you would think they would make the announcement right away to try and minimize the number of companies that sue them. The longer they wait, the more issues they are going to have, especially if some people are actually being told by HC employees not to bother applying.

I think rnr was just speculating like the rest of us, I don't think his statement was based on any kind of fact.

Hard to say. I only know what I've heard.
They certainly aren't expanding their department and they're definitely handing out rejections to non-compliant apps.

yes agreed, its all hearsay imo , but my contacts are solid.
an idea out there is they will have a few-50+ apps go threw knowing they will run outta money and or time and patients with not enough patients for yrs to come. there way of weeding out the weak or none wealthy. and no law suites due to company failure,
its a program made to fail........

If the IDEA of "a select few" is how it will be. At least the ones up and running won't have to worry about their stock price falling, as they're guaranteed a cut!
Just better hope the ones doing business, know what the hell they're doing or we'll be stuck with fifty PN's lol
..how sad would that be? o_O

Ok

So it was pretty simple. Went into the clinic, filled out about 5 pages of medical info and went in to see the doctor. 10 min later after some discussion on pain and usage he signed off on it. The clinic was pretty dead today so I was in right away but the receptionist said sometimes there are two hour waits. So I suggest you get there in the AM.

I got 20 grams which is what my ATP was. Hopefully that's good enough to be my ATP so I can restart my garden (had to shut it down since my ATP expired Jan 28 2014)

Here's the paper work although I watermarked it and blurred out

Thanks need to find out if this is the sort of paper work Conroy was talking about. Either way need to copy/laminate it just in case I get po po'd but I will not be using this to buy from the LP's seriously make no sense to pay $2240-6720 per lb when I can buy it for $900-1000 LOL or grow it for $300.

Congrats!
I noticed the "document" is generic. Did the doctor provide that or did you bring it in?
Did the doctor recommend any LP?
