Hey All,

I started these c-99's from seed, got them form Dr Greenthumb.com, had a few problems but still have high hopes for harvest. They were grown in 3 gal buckets usuing Fox farm Ocean forest soil and are now at day 62. I plan on doing a 2 part harvest so the bottom buds can finish a bit bigger. Here are a few pictures from today.

all replies welcome....

cool i have had my eye on the c-99 for a while now. How does she smell?
The buds smell like lime starburst right now. Its the Pineapple Cut so I guess it mght come out in the cure. She doesnt put out a lot of smell in the room though, you have to get close to the buds and then it's strong.

One of the C-99's was ahead of the other 2 so on day 68 I chopped the top 3rd of the plant and raised the bottom 2/3rd's of the plant closer to the light to finish off. After trimming the wet weight was 194 g's and I should get another 60 or so off the rest of the plant.

The other two still have a way to go...I hope only a week at most

Here are a couple pictures of last night's chop...

So after drying for 8 days I put the harvest into jars for curing. Total weight so far is 74.6 grams from the first plant, which is about 2.66 oz's.
It is really starting to take on the Pinapple smell and taste, but it has a very smooth floral taste that is coming through stronger before the cure. I let the trichs just start to amber before the harvest and the stone is a very nice up high so far. I took pictures but then my battery died, so I will get them up later.

Cant wait for these to cure and the rest of the plants to finish so I can give a full report.

Thanks!

I will check out your thread.
One thing I'm learning about the 2 part harvest is you got to keep enough green leaves to make it worth while. Check out Uncle Bens thread here...

He explains it well but Im still having trouble doing what he says. He has completly changed my thinking and it's starting to pay off.

Heres another good one...
