do you think this is going ok?

ok well its been like 3 weeks since i started with flowering using a 4'x4' box with 16 4 foot fluorescent t8's under a 12.5/11.5 time was just wondering if this looks decent or what i could do to help get them to bud faster/more or if its going just fine

try 12/12 it may help a little, are they showing any signs of sex yet?

i had 2 reds in with the blues the whole time so they showed sex VERY early they are girls thats already figured out.. they should only have a few more weeks because i say in a growing magazine dude did just flouros just like me and he had his crop come in after 4 to 6 weeks
