Do you guys think it's necessary to be intimidating or be able to fight if you sell?

Depends on who your clientele are. If you deal with thugs, you might want to be a bad ass. If you deal with mostly professional people ( lawyers, doctors, dentists, bankster) then it might behoove you to be able to hang with the crowd. Pros pay more and it doesn't bother them at all.

It helps. I don't sell but everyone says I should. But it helps. Never judge a book. Shit, I know a few lawyers and banksters that will drop a fool and leave him hidden.

Most of the people I know that sell could not defend them selves if their life depended on it , The only intimidation I have ever seen has ben numbers and tactics like having you sit in the front seat with someone siting behind .

Any info I give is based on what I would be comfortable doing.
Please get other opinions.

In nature plants don't live in plastic buckets but at my house they do or they get the f**k out.

Damn libertychicken. Becareful with that. Everytime a murder in a car happens the story always is "two people in front and one in back seat apparently...." I make mofos meet me at Starbucks n shit. But usually I go to collectives.

All I know is don't trust anyone! A guy in a suit could just be a disguised crack head looking for a quick come up.

If we are talking cannabis, uh no. You just need to be on the not completely dumb side of things.

I would say yes definitely, never make yourself an easy target. Whenever there is money involved bad people will try to take it from you.
Trust me they come out of the woodwork. This is more important if you are growing, you're bigger of a target and someone could see profit in you.

Myself, I train to fight, weight lift, and carry a 45. I also openly advertise my business in CA, so from my perspective it's a definite yes, because I never know who my new client is.

Consider putting a cap on your transactions. In other words be weary of people asking for ridiculous weight. If you asked me for an oz and I never met you before it would be a fuuuuck no. Does the dude really smoke an oz? legs broken so he is unable to come back tomorrow for more? Gauge your clients, study them, and know who you are dealing with.

Meet publicly the first time always, there after make sure you know where they reside. ;)

^Wow paranoid of life very much?

You are scared to sell an OZ? Wow, I guess you should carry a gun if you are that scared of life.

I have never carried a gun, not ever. For many years I dealt in bales and never once had a gun, never once had an issue, never once been robbed.

Your brain is a much more powerful weapon than a gun.

hey liberty chicken, I have a question for you. Could you tell me what you mean by ''the only intimidation I have sseen has been numbers and tactics etc.''

what did you mean by this half of the sentence? im unsure exactly what...I get what your saying about someone sitting behind you while your in the front seat so they can attack while your not looking etc...But what do you mean by the first part about numbers? maybe that its intimidating to meet people when they have a large number of people with them? thats the only thing i can think of...Is that what you meant bro? thanks for taking the time to read this, peace bro

not really. Even though I do things by GA guidelines, I still fear law enforcement. Also, rippers are dime a dozen. So not really paranoid, definitely cautious since this is my life on the line. If you should be paranoid about one thing, that should be it.

In CA if the cop wants to be a dick he can book me on an OZ for a felony and I would later have to bring paperwork to court. This is why I say cap it. Anything under 28g is a misdemeanor ticket and I wouldn't have to sit in a jail cell waiting to see the judge. Make sense?

As far as my paranoia and being armed..I'm a war vet, I'm always armed. I've been robbed, so have other family members. I've been surrounded by gang bangers upon a delivery. The list goes on. I speak from experience and was trying to give a guy a couple points so he can steer clear of these unnecessary events.

we run a business here, and security is the number one concern when running a collective.

Not sure where you are from, but you might wanna reconsider before flaming. I live in LA and things get a bit real here, at the same time we chose to pursue this and have to make a living so open advertising is a must to reach potential clients.

Choosing your clientele when nickel and diming is EASY, sorting through a few hundred clients is no easy task and definitely takes planning if such events were to go down. Being in DELIVERY business makes you more of a target then a brick and mortar location which most likely has armed security. So fuck yes I carry a 45 and Im waiting on my ripper. MOLON LABE

In my area if you have a gun, your drug bust just turned into something damned serious. 3x the minimum sentence if you are within 1500 feet of a church/school/ or have a gun (legal or not).

Not if you hold a permit to work with the firearm, in a private place of business, at least here, I'm permitted to. Granted its a course and a background check, well worth it. I understand your stance on firearms, its a controversial subject. But this isnt what its about, I should know better then even comment because people like you get a rise out of me with the flaming. Honestly this is why I've been a member for a year and just recently posted. Its dummies that make people with some actual knowledge shy away from these forums.

you fail to realize this is a state sanctioned business, not federally, but locally. If your permits are in check, yes you can have a firearm on premises. You are also not even supposed to have a collective within 1600 feet from a school, so your argument is not plausible. I know what I'm talking about, fact that I'm still typing fucking blows my mind. Waste of time. peace out

Being out numbered can be intimidating , Some people use this to their advantage

Being in the front seat with someone sitting behind you , is standard delevery service protocall for H near me, Unfortanually puts you at a severe disadvantage . I know many how have ben robed like that bolth seller and customer , target sits in the front seat driver drives away while person in rear seat produces hand gun and shows it to target against the seat............
