Do we know why gravity exists?

Why does any thing exist, pad?
We create meaning, by conceptualising our observations. Gravity is just a word,it's theory fits the model as we understand it presently. However new variables will inevitably arise, to negate or expand on what we understand gravity to be.
Equivalence Principal.

The force of gravity is constant all across the universe. Why does matter attract other matter? I'm guessing it has to do with electromagnetic forces that are inherent in the chemical composition of matter itself. Every single atom has an electromagnetic charge, we know positive attracts negative (and vice versa)
I think this sums it. + and -

And if we look beyond "reality" - we're in a big hologram defined by our collective consciences

"Why does gravity exist?"

It exists because of certain particles, and their interaction with other particles. Higs Boson particles, and a few other we are still searching for.

Right, don't shout at the stupid but...

We can replicate the effects of gravity using motion.
Nothing in this universe is stationary.
Mass warps space time.

Given the above, how do we know gravity exists as a force in its own right as opposed to being a by product of other factors (such as the above)

You got me curious and while looking it up on Google, I found this one user's answer (or part of answer) that I really like.

nobody knows.

You can check out the discussion here if you want.

the force of gravity can't be a constant being different atmospheres have different gravity's,even here on tera we have places where gravity isn't consistant, idk though because its all one big mind fuck even for super brains

Electromagnetic forces come from both poles and surround the earth.

Like you, I know the how but not the why..I don't think anyone knows the true answer.

Did you see the new 3D of what the universe looks like?..it's actually thought to be a wedge..

That's because the Earth's core is molten iron

A wedge?

As an organic organism, confined to a rock hurtling through space I have no right to expect this but...

....I really fucking want to know everything about the universe and how we are here!!!
