Do plants smell during vegging?

Do they smell as in youll need a carbon filter during vegging? Or is that only when you hit 12/12?

Yea they can get pretty stinky during veg.

some strains do, some never smell much at all.

Like unforgiven said. not only that but if you move the plant or disturb the leves they tend to emit odors.

COME ON! I just made a vegging/cloning box and I dont wanna have to filthers... =(

Yeah thats true, maybe i can make the things portable. The filter transferable? maybe mabye who knows?

leave a towel under the door of the room the plants are in. that'll help a lot. and they smell the most when youre fuckin with them ie: touchin/movin/etc.

they usualy dont get ta stinkin before week 5 of flowering or like wastedagain said, mooving or touching them seems to make them emmit odor,

I'm on my first grow now. I had a fan blowing on them in my room. I kept them in my room up until about 3-4 weeks when they stunk up my whole place. I was pretty surprised. The smell wasnt strong like buds are when you put your nose to them, but just having them sit for days and days is enough to stink up a room eventually.

So yea, you'll want to have some sort of odor control after a couple weeks of veg.

Yeah my last grow smelled up the whole section of the house. But i have a carbon filter, homemade one. But I made a veggin chamber and a flowering
so thats why i asked.
