do organics nutes have lower ppm?

This is my first big boy grow..I did some pc grows but I'm still a newb..haha anyways I'm using bio-grow, bio-bloom, and alg-A-mic. I vegged 4wks and and now I'm 2wks into flowering. They have been getting there nutes from the soil but now I'm feeding them 2ml bloom, 1ml grow, & 2ml alg which comes out to read around 250ppm. Should I be mixing it stronger. I notice a lot of ppm charts for growing seem kinda of high.

eh yeah somtimes...alot of times with organics the plants tend to show issues half way threw flowering. so slowly increase ur nutes every week or so

Edit: And read the plants too. Looks like the one on the bottom with the canoe leaves got a little hot.

What are canoe leaves..is that a symptom for over nute? I've read that most ppl dont go by the manufacture suggested feed rates..maybe I heard the wrong info.

PPM meters measure dissolved salts/solids in the water. Many organic nutes contain none of these salts and simply don't show up on a PPM meter. Kinda hard to get any sort of accurate reading.

That's the correct answer... usually the reading you get will be from the water you were using in the first place.

What kind of soil are you using? Those doses sound pretty low. I have grown strains like that without heat stress with the giant indica leaves that refuse to stay upright. They look pretty healthy to me. Maybe over watering / moving your light away a little, but sometimes leaves like that just do that.

I wouldn't say that organic nutrients have a lower PPM, it's somewhat of an oxymoron. PPM stands for 'Parts Per Million', which is compared to each million units of water. Factors such as time-release and dilution as well as nutrient content make this impossible to speculate, unless you're just making shit up.

I stopped checking PH/PPM in my current grow and i couldn't be happier, lol, doesn't have anything to do with whether or not i'm checking, it's just not necessary and was probably clouding my mind with numbers. My bloom nute waterings are PH4.0's and i stopped trying to adjust it and i couldn't be happier lol

PPM's for heavier feedings fell around 1200, light compost tea feedings around 500, i've been feeding much heavier and PPM's are probably around 2000, but again, the hanna pen is now collecting dust
