seedsman is the way to go IMO..loyalty points and 15% off ever month cant go wrong..and hell of a lot cheaper then herbies..40$ differnce on a pack of serious6..herbies is 120$usd and seedsman is 80$..all come in breeder packs and guranteed shipping cheap..just cant go wrongfkk testing out other breeders..i got 5 strains i grow ever year and am happy with them..if i get tired of them i will find something else from seedsman to grow

I ask why no response to 6 emails sent in the course of 2 weeks. He says"never got them"......MY ASS!!!! Because my CC denied the damn charge
and I had to call them to approve it, we corresponded through HIS email addy at Firestax. HIS ADDY!! I sent all 6 emails to that addy.
Same addy he finally answered me back on.

No saying I"m sorry for fubaring your order...............Im sorry for NOT getting a tracking number(i paid for) or for NOT answering your emails, or the questions on their board,
but telling me I have an anger problem................HE IS AN ANGEL.....does NOT sell beans for $$$, but for pleasure(right) and HAS NEVER SCREWED ANYONE!!!!

So.................you read between the lines............ I COULD have fallen in the crack..............COULD HAVE......................

Tells me he sent another order today.............YET, when I look on his site, THE BEANS i ordered show NO STOCK , and HAVE SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT THEM!!!!

He then tells me that because of the CC snafu, he did it "out of the norm" and it got sent later............
Said he tried to find a tracking number but could not. Tells me the original order will most likely show up this weekend, and then I WILL HAVE 2 ORDERS!!!
Like I'm trying to get over on him...................................:wall: I can gift the 2nd order to someone...............

Do I think they screwed me on purpose???? NO, I do not. Do I think THEY ARE A MICKEY MOUSE outfit that botched my order.............YES!!!!

Will I EVER buy from them again...............whether I get 1 order or both orders...........................NO CHANCE!!!!!

Good luck......................BTW.............MY luck is usually VERY GOOD..............usually LIKE doing business w/people.............this was a pain all the way around!!!!!

Not trying to defend this place, but you do seem to be an angry cat. You were losing your shit on the Sugar Punch thread about immature beans.... until you planted them and they all popped.

Sometimes you have to get after people to get the desired result, but it seems like you play that card a lot.

Maybe try smoking some weed?

While I'm not exactly PLEASED with my firestax experience so far He'll never know that. Even if I WANT my email to say, "Fuck you ya fucking CROOK!"

It reads more like, "just inquiring about the status of my order. Thank you! Have a good day. Peace"

Funny thing is I usually get an email back the same day.

What happened with my order (and he admitted this), The website SAID they had a certain pack of beans and let me order it. In reality he DID NOT have those beans and has been waiting for more to come in. Kind of fucked IMO. :/

NEVER given tracking #................emailed today................he told me he sent new parcel yesterday.....................also told me that last week too....................
I DO NOT LIKE GETTING JERKED AROUND................................NOR LIED too..................they have done both!!!!

YES I am angry...................200 bucks, near 60 days into this.............MISSED my entire window.......................Think I WILL smoke a Bud.........................

Yes i was hot about the lil seeds......................I did make amends, WILL admit when I'm wrong...............EVEN went to the horse's mouth himself(Sannie)
and made the seed issue RIGHT between us. I am a stand up guy.......................and WANT to be treated as such.............FireStax has NO CLUE what that means.............

I seen your post on RIU lets hope you show whats coming.Yes you did slip thru the cracks and on going right through the emails your first contact on my side was 13th November.You forget to mention your over the top anger and the antics with the bot, now i am sure if you showed this to your peeps i wonder what view they would have.Its seems strange to me that all the main breeders want to work with me and not your other places i wonder why that is ?.You over reacted and you know it so to cover up you went running to cover your tracks.Also please point out anyone who has not received a package from me.Like i said you should have got to know me first before the rage.Keep your eyes peeled at what i got coming it will freak any seed collector out,and wonder why i can get hold of the stuff your regular haunts cant i got it all that people want bro.Your over reaction has cost you dearly.Stax

I have never daelt with them, but that is not the way, as a customer, that i would want to be treated. When it comes to my money, you are damn right i will probably over react. I am typically a calm person, but if I feel like I am being ripped off or taken advantage of then I will become vocal and even pissed off.

I dont know you nor do I know anyone at firestax so I have nothing bad to say about them as a company. But as a consumer, I would have probably been an angry as you and would have handled the situation very similarly.

well if you got gauranteed shipping they have to send tracked till you recieve....id suggest airing this at the firestax forum

So FIRESTAX is really looking likr a "toss up" kind of company. Ive been reading all the reviews i can find on them in the past few weeks

1) a fair amount of people seem to get their orders, but half the time the orders are fucked up/not what was ordered. Firrstaxs did send the right thing eventually...

2) a small percentage of people are not getting their orders, many times this has to do with stock being posted on their website as available when it isnt.

3) People seem to be having a fair bit of trouble communicating with firstax via email or phone.


Added all together that sounds like a recipe for some straight bull$hit if you ask me. Now ive sent cash to Hnamigo, pulled early triggers on NGR, and just generally tried a lot of banks and gotten lucky. But i dont think im going to fuck with Firestax. And its a real shame too cause theyve got some good stuff.

I wish these smaller breeders would stop working with these LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, POP-UP seedbanks and stick to better established individuals.

JetDro likely came at them with some attitude in his emails, but he has the right to be emotional, the mother fuckin customer is always right. These little asshats at firstax think they"re "underground cannabis" gurus who've been entrusted with the treasure of dank cannabis seeds.

In reality theyre probably at "work" taking so many dabs they cant update stock/shipping or fill out an order right the first time. Giving stoners a bad business rep, FUCKING new and upcoming breeders by driving away the customer base, and all while believing they're doing YOU a favor by sending people the beans they paid for.

Tough to argue with that. The only point I disagree with is that the customer is always right. I'm self employed and I have come to a different conclusion. Sometimes people (customers) are just assholes and deserve to be told to go kick rocks.

Oh i completely agree.
If he was having germination issues, doubting the validity of thr genetics, or getting nasty over freebies id have to say he was in the wrong.

But if i pay money for something, and get nothing.... lol what kinda shit is that.

I mean if I was Firestax, I would have sent out the package express as fuck, made sure he got the stuff he paid for QUICK, the express is on me for missing the order/email. But nah, Staxx went the holier than thou route. AND now instead of spending maybe another 15-20 quid on shipping, he's losing customer by the day that probably would have spent 3-5x that in one order.
