Do I need to be a resident to purchase clones??

Im coming out for the cup and was wondering if I got my temporary card if I could go to progressive options or dark heart and pick up some clones?..Or do I need to be a resident to purchase things like that?

If you have your California Recommendation then you are fine to pick up clones.

Just know that finding legit clones that are not dirty is a whole diff story. Any place you find go ahaead and google their name and scam. There are a couple that just hustle bunk.

I tried High Yield Nursery and liked there clones very much. I haven't been able to find another user on here that's tried them though. Trying to get some feedback on other strains they carry..
