Do Air Ionizers work?

I was wondering the same thing. I have a giant one of these at home and was thinking about putting it in my grow cabinet. My only concern is that it might be too strong (the thing is huge).

Negative Ion Generators definately will help, especially with a small grow op. I would not reccommend them for a bigger operation. You are better off investing in a carbon filter or ozone generator in my opinion because the ionizer probably wont be able to take care of the stench during late flowering

I bought the ionic pro for my grow room. It does not work well enough to cover all of the smell at all or take away the smell. I have 5 plants IF you are going to spend that much money on an ionzier. I would recommend investing in an inline fan and an carbon filter to suck the smell out. That is what I did and now I have no worries. Good luck!!

i am a cigarette smoker and it controls the oders from that, but it wouldn't even take care of one plant for me. that's why i am buying the carbon scrubber. forgot to give you a reason in the first post.
