Sup RIU ,
Once again back with a DIY. I had lots of trouble finding an ebb and flow that will fit into a 2x2x4 grow tent.... There is only one that I found that would fit, A hydrofarm mega garden that can be had for about 179-200 bucks. Too expensive for me . So here is what I did. Everything can be had from lowes/walmart or home crapot

4X4X100 Inch Fence post jacket
20 ft of 1/2inch PVC
10 ft of 3/4inch PVC
8 1/2inch PVC 3 way 90 degree T's
3 3/4inch PVC T's
1 3/4inch PVC 90 degree elbow
1 3/4inch PVC 90 degree elbow with threads on one end
4 flood/drain fitting's with 1/2inch hose
3 1/2inch hose T's
1 1/2inch hose 90 degree elbow
1 3/4inch male barb adaptor
2 tubes of loctite (aquarium safe)
1 PVC cement
1 pack of lint filter screen
7 ft of 1/2inch id hose
4 ft of 3/4inch id hose
15 5/8inch hose clamp

Ok , So I started by deciding how tall and wide I wanted to go with the frame, I only have 48 inches in height so I decided on 8 inches, I cut the1/2inch PVC out to the desired length's.Frame section.jpg Frame section 1.jpgAfter I was satisfied with it, I put them into the 3 way 1/2inch PVC elbows and cemented them together

Next I took the 4x4x100 fence post jacket and cut it down to 4 pieces 22 inches long....

Next I found the center of the fence jacket and the spacing of the holes .

And cut them out with a 1 7/8 inch hole saw for 2 inch net cups holes cut.jpg

I found the centers for the fill inserts and drilled them out ( dont pay attention to the circles)fill hole center.jpg
After I drilled the centers out , I took the lint screen and put them in and around the fill spoutsfill screens.jpg
I took the loctite caulking and put it around the bottom of the fill gaskets and installed them into the fence post jacketfills installed.jpg fill install.jpg fill install2.jpg
Next I took the 3/4inch PVC pipe and cut it, took the T's and elbows and put them together , After I was happy with the fit , I cemented them . I took the loctite and put it on the threads for the barbed adapter and screwed it together overflow pvc.jpg overflow manifold.jpg
More to come folks :)BB
