DIY Clone Stand

I'll skip all the computer guy stuff and get to it. I made a clone stand to fit two things, my space and a seedling tray. The nice thing about it is you could follow the design and make one for just one flat of clones, two flats, or the three flat deluxe model shown here.

I bought all of the PVC at Menards, no stock in the company.
MATERIAL LIST:
5-10' 3/4" pressure Pvc @ $1.55 = $7.75
34 3/4"x3/4"x3/4" 'T''s @2.65x4= $10.60
(Buy 4 of the Contractor bags of 10)
4- 3/4" eeL's @ 1.25 = $5.00
8-3/4" 90% elbows @ $1.60 = $1.60
(Buy the contractor bag of 10)
1 fan for exhaust @ $5.00 = $5.00
3-2ft. floro's @12.00 = $36.00
(I bought these on sale at Meijer
normal $15.99)
Total: $65.95
CUT LIST:

The most important part for this design is about twenty or so little pieces between 1" and 1 1/2". You use these to join two 'T's so you can make a 90degree turn. They must be longer than 3/4" to keep it together, they do not have to be tight. So any mistakes you make can be used up. I have some extra's. Nuff said.

12 legs 15"
8 Width Pieces 10"
10 lenght pieces 23"
2 top width pieces (sorry I did not measure them
I think they are around 1' )

Here is a picture of what we are making. VV:twisted:

First is a picture of the lights I bought at Meijer and a wall mount fan I got from the HydroShop. I've been suggesting the fans so I Included it. Second is the parts. Shit forgot the end caps add a couple bucks. Third show the bottom layer put together. From there its a snap, well a push in this case. If you did just one layer and the top it would be about 30" high, two layers 50" high and the deluxe model is around 70".

I cut a circle in a piece of scrap wood and attached the exhaust fan. I also bought and installed a surge protector. I did this for better portability. I just unplug the surge protector and all of the cords from the lights, tray heaters if you use them and the exhaust fan stay in the top of the stand. Menard's $15.00 8 plugs.
I decided to enclose it and put Mylar around mine. A piece of panda plastic would do the same job, or nearly the same for about $6.00. Oh damn, forgot I did buy shower curtain hooks to hang the light. They go right around the width pieces and make it easy. You get 12 for $.99. The foot print is 27" by 13".
