Diflucan and marijuana?

I am taking diflucan a pill to get rid of the yeast over growth i have will there be any reactions if i medicate with weed and take the diflucan?

As long as the affected area is NOT the mouth, throat, esophagus or lungs you should be alright.

the affected area is in my intestines and penis. I do have some thrush on my tounge but not in my mouth im still good to toke correct?
