As an avid smoker/drinker im just wondering if any of you have any ideas as to what kind of detoxification i could use to clean my body out from all the punishment i put it through. I have tried Chinese herbal tea and it cleaned out my guts but that was about it. I wanna hear some decent ideas on how to clean out my chest and possibly stomach.
