I saw this particular ebb & flow system from Esoteric Hydroponics while I was searching for different styles of hydroponic growing. I was wondering if anyone had used this DetachaPod system before?

Let me expand a little bit on HiGHLiFE28's very well articulated statement... The system itself does not sound like a bad idea, but essentially it seems that it is nothing more than an ebb/flow system that feeds off into a base, and drains into a base. If you are only planning on growing two plants, and can afford whatever the cost is, then the value of the item is really up to you, however it lacks scalability, and might cause more trouble than good on a larger scale operation.
Hence, Waste of money fool.

I changed my mind. I'm about to go head and get the system. I talk to a lot of people about the system and they recommend it. Plus I'm not worried about the price.
