design your ultimate 10x22 room

this is the beginning for me. i have a 10x22 enclosed room ready to design and build and i need your help. with what you know now, if you could do it all over with that much space, how would you set up your space to incorporate a totally selfcontained/ventilated and secured area for clones/veg/flower/trim/dry? i am doing soil/3 gallon grow bags/sunleaf flourescents to start. this is in the basement and i can provide air in thru garagewall/behind refrig and ducting down into room, exhaust fan out back of house under the backyard deck. i have four legal clients now, maximum 6 so for now 12 veg/12mature and in the future 18/18. any recommendations on specific brands of inline exhaust and/or blower fans for quietness? grateful for your input, the Huntress
