Denver Cannabis Cup - Clones? Seeds?

Never been to one before, so not sure what to expect. But I'm hoping to pick up some clones, maybe some seeds. Do they normally sell these?

If so, I would imagine there are limits on the clones.

kinda curious about the whole vibe @ the cup. havent attended one yet. just a cannabis trade show w/ a smoking area?

definitely looking forward to adding to the seed collection without the hassle of illegal international shipping.

The vibe , unless you have a judges pass, is kinda just a massive vendor fest with everyone trying to sell you stuff. Yes there is a smoking area I believe. If you got a judges pass you'll be medicated enough that you won't give a fuck about the tent city full of companies with their newest hottest products.

Thanks for the replies, seeds it is then. Been saving up for a bit. There is 10 of us in all going. Can't wait!

Been waiting on seeds since march 12th from attitude.. Stuck in California for the past 2 or so weeks. So this will be just what I need.

Lol damned Attitude. Had to have them reship mine. If I'm off the 19th from work I'm strongly thinking about procuring seeds at the cup as well. Damned 4/20 being on Easter this year! I will for sure have to work 4/20

Snagged my ticket a few weeks ago, never been to one either so I am certainly excited, vendor fest or not I can't see myself NOT having a good time. I am in the market for a nice hash rig, and I find it hard to ever have enough seeds, so if I can accomplish those goals while getting a souvenir from the first legal cup in the US I'll consider it money well spent on a ticket.

I forgot Easter existed as a holiday, I can't concern myself with that kind of nonsense personally, but that's a bummer you have to work.

Anyone have any ideas on what the leaving situation will be like? Are there going to be hoards of over-zealous piglets trying to bust for cannabis DUI? Seems the fastest way to ruin the fun, I have family in the area and I'm trying to decide if I should just bum a ride from them to play it safe. Nothing says "I'm blazed" like walking out of the cannabis cup.

right. so people can only vend non-cannabis swag? t-shirts and vape pens everywhere but not a bud or seed to be sold.

Hmm can anyone confirm that no seeds can be vended? Was gonna come down all day Saturday and hit the cup up then go to CunninLynguists in the evening. I'll still make Cunnin but if there will be no seeds I probably won't buy the ticket to the cup.

Just went looking for more information. Found this here : http://www.cannabiscup.com/vendor-information

There are two general areas at the Cup -- non-smoking (indoors: “Pavilion”) and smoking (outdoors: “North Parking Lot”). The smoking area is open to any Colorado medical patient 18+ OR anyone 21+. You cannot sell cannabis products. You can only sell non-cannabis products. Booths located inside will be provided with pipe and drape. Booths located outside will have pop-up tents.
As seeds are considered a cannabis product and can't be sold, I'm not gonna make it. I'll be at CunninLynguists at Cervantes though Sat night.

There were vendors selling seeds at the medical High Times Cannabis cup in CA a couple months ago. I'm betting you can find them in Denver at the Cup event.

Hmm maybe I'll call them tomorrow and verify that seeds are considered a cannabis product. That would probably be the only thing that would cause them to be available is that seeds aren't considered a marijuana product. I'm just assuming that it is at this point since it is made by weed and makes weed.

seeds will definitely fall under "cannabis product."

i've def seen breeders / dispensaries / etc posting pictures of "freebies" and "samples" of everything from seed packs to dabs so it seems like there will be some sort of distribution going on but likely to VIP's or people who make other retail purchases.
