Wanna cut off a few years in the waiting game....pay $100 to any lawyer firm.

Have them send the letter of qualification on paper with the lawyer's company letter heading on it... to the SSI dept

you try to qualify by yourself, you will get denied .....you send in a lawyers letter, you will get SSI quick
