DEA makes CBD concentrates a schedule 1 drug!

I am pretty sure they did not just make CBD illegal, they simply reiterated their stance on the plant in general. I don't agree with it, and either does other aspects of the federal government, so until the feds can figure out which side of the street they want to play on, I just ignore anything they have to say. The Feds need to explain Patent # 6630507, until that happens, they are completely hypocritical.

It's scaring the shit out of big pharma! These high quality oils and concentrates have real promise....aka a real threat to putting tons of products grossing billions of dollars annually out of the market because there are cheaper viable options out there. It will be federally legal...too smoke and buy it like our happy Canadian friends...but that means bye bye to caregivers and legal home grows and hello to coperate gmo Monsanto Weed....

Big Pharma is using its control over our Federal Government to criminalize anything they see as a threat.

This is NOT how government is supposed to work, people!

They have absolutely no justification whatever for this move, it's a power grab on behalf of their overlords, pure and simple.

Watch your freedoms drain away.

Put down your XBox and join the REAL fight, or video games will be all the freedom you have left.

Again, an unconstitutional taking of American's rights.
And there's the big thing! In reading further on the issue. It's being lined out for a court battle by the ACLU if there is an arrest, search warrant , or probable cause raid/investigation based on this ideal or "illegal law".
The point being is that the DEA has "created" a law! That is an unconstitutional creation of said law and therefor NON BINDING as a law! Congress did not create it and if they took it to the Supreme Court, it would be struck down! The ACLU feels this is going to be used as a sham to "get in the door" of uneducated users, sellers, and manufacturers of the concentrate materials! The idea lies in getting "in" so they can find a violation,,,somewhere else!

Shit, ---- "In addition to the fact that this move is likely illegal, it is clearly backward and could obstruct medical research efforts that have already produced effective CBD-derived medications. One such medication is Epidiolex, developed by GW Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of Dravet’s Syndrome, which recently came one step closer to FDA approval." Taken from the piece in HT They say big Pharma has to be the one's to bring any actual medical benefit from cannabis to the medical market......LIES! They just stepped on big toe's!

Look who's up for "Scrump's" chief of staff! The biggest anti "ANY" marijuana (and racist) moron Scrump could find! So much for all you Scrump loving fools that kept saying "But, Trump say's he's for MM!" Like I said, "Your foolish if you think that's going anywhere with a republican government!"

Now just why do YOU think these changes are happening NOW? Scrump has surrounded himself with anti MM people in all the area's he's chosen! If I were you guy's in "legal" state's......I would keep an eye on the news, and one on my door! If disp. get hit by Feds. For anything.....Time to dive back under a rock!

There's a gaping loophole. It's only illegal if extracted from Cannabis plants, not if it's synthetic. Since only pharma companies could afford to synthesize it, guess who will have a monopoly on CBD. Though I just found a page about a US company getting it made in Hong Kong for half the cost of extraction. At a price of $40-100k a kilo it's worth more than cocaine.

Im an ms sufferer and used to smoke cbd high cannabis to ease the pain, my doctor provided savitex which is in effect a cannabis spray, after discovering cbd oil from the health shop Holland and Barrett I cant see why it would be illegal.

Much of the hold back on the legallization of CBD, CBN, and in some cases even THC in the U.S.A. and throughout the world is the political fear that they will eliminate a very large percentage of pharmaceutical drugs that people use and that governments makes taxable compensations on their sales which would be billions of dollars yearly in which political parties would lose. You can obviously see that no political parties are for the health, insurance, or well-being of the peoples in today's world. It's pathetic but true!!! If I must, I will continue growing for MY health.

TRUMP is directing Sessions to pressure recreational states on the grounds that MJ "contributes" to the chronic opioid addiction problem....

I still can't wrap my head around that one.....Saddest thing is....People will buy into that LIE!

I see exactly what your saying buts it's a case of the uneducated and unexprienced, leading the down right stupid individuals that belive these medically false interpretations. As far as addictions go, people become addicted to things like candy, but they don't include candy into the addictive or dependent category. Anyone becomes addicted to anything that THEY abuse.

The US government is full of stupid, greedy cunts. If it weren't for your shitty presidents weed would be legal everywhere, fuck the war on drugs and the pigs that started it.

True that. Sorry motherfu¢kers. What they don't take in taxes, they'll take in fines.

Then there's that 'hero' bullshit. How completely fucking stupid. A Hero saves and protects the peace and life itself. They don't fucking cage a person for a make believe justice involving a victimless crime. Tactical take down of a free will person. You have GOT to be fucking kidding me.

Fuck the DEA. Super Fuck the BATF. Ultra FUCK the FDA, Veterans Affairs.

Terminally fuck the Cocaine Importing Agency. Commonly know as the CIA.

See all you fuckers in the reeducation camp. Someone can spot me on the weights. God Bless Moonpies.

They did more than that. They made a new law.
