NFL season has begun..........lets go eagles!

lol
More justification as to why Philly fans are consistently ranked the worst in sports...

Thank God football is back.

Chip Kelly's new squad put on quite the show last night though. Gives me a spark of optimism for the year. You guys (especially Wentz) looked really good too. Going to be a crazy season if week 1 is any indication

Very nice looking bitches Dawg. hump, hump :) Well into the stretch, are you seeing a notable difference (stretch) using the 5k/730's with these gals? Cheers.
Thank You My Brother From Another Mother From The Great White North. Stretch Is About What I Expected With The Bigger Plant. She More Sativa Than Her Runt Sister. What I Have Noticed Is I'm Pushing Pistils Out At 18 Days Into 12x12 Very Cool!! I full Expect The Bigger Plant To Finish Up In 49-56 Days As Where When I Used My 5000k Panel By It Self It Increased My Flowering Time To 60-75 Days. I'm Hoping And Early Results Indicate That Indeed the 730nm Speed's Up The Flowering Process :hump: :hump: :hump: :hump:

Cool, didn't realize you'd run those 5k's already without the 730's, should be a good comparison. My current run is exactly same timing (Day 20 today), with the COB/CMH combo, 630/660's before lights on, 730's at lights off. Behaving like typical CMH runs, very fast start, that seems to be the pattern, quick start=quick finish.

I Have A 5000K Aquarium Panel That I Used For Shits And Giggles. I Noticed When I Ran Said Panel That My Sativa Dominate Ladies Were 14-24 Inches Shorted And Frosty As A Mug. Now after doing Several Years Research And Digging Through Collage Papers I Came To the Same Conclusion As You Did. The 660's Waken Up And The 730's Put's Them to Sleep And They Only Need To Be On For Short Periods Of Time :hump:

Not seeing any downside to those 630/660 & 730's, they've been in there for a while and they're staying. Not so sure they help as much with the CMH, it's always finished sooner for me. But with the COBs I'm pretty sure my times would be extended further than they have been. Plus the plants just seem to like it.

The one thing that has made a significant difference is running negative DIF for about 3 rounds now. I'm keeping the temps about 2-4F higher in the dark cycle than during lights on. The plants are constantly transpiring, like they're always "on", they take more watering. part of that is also evaporation due to the higher temps lights out. But the increased uptake I think is what makes the biggest difference, really blowing up the buds. Traditional thinking has been a 10-15 degree difference but after running this environment for a few rounds, I'm not changing a thing right now. Downsides are more watering but imo it's also a benefit, and from what I've read and seen on this, they stretch more if you run that environment during the stretch. That can be controlled by just changing to negative DIF after the stretch.

I Hear Ya Brother. I Believe We Have Reach The Stage In Plant Growing Where Have A Better Understanding Of How They Use Certain Wavelengths. Now I'm Going To Bite Cause I Just Googled Negative DIF And Didn't Find Anything Related To Growing So Splain Please :peace:

I had read a couple of studies that looked like there could be some benefits in keeping the night time temps higher (negative DIF) so thought I'd give it a shot and haven't seen any negative effects, plants seem to like it. Will find them (stoned as has to get a better filing system!) and post the links or articles, literally gotta fly so will find them when I get a chance. Cheer.s

Right on Brother. That's What I Thought You Were Talking About And That's The Exact Reason I Grow At Night Indoors. Look At My Last Pic I Posted Time Stamp list 11;40 Pm My Light Come On At 7 Pm. Notice The Difference In Temps. Now When It's A Steady 100 Plus Degrees Outside I Let Things Progress Naturally However In The Fall I Will Turn Off My AC When I Get Up And Swing Back By My Grow Room About 8 Hours Later And Turn It Back On Lowering The Temps For Night Time Growing.:hump:

I Still Want To Read Those Articles If You Can Find Them :weed:

Dawg I do the same thing. My lights are 6am off 6pm on. I'm a freak and am up all night anyway so it works out best for my schedule and managing temps, The neg dif usually happens without trying.

Hey by the way I've been wondering when the thread for the next party cup comp is going up. If i remember correctly from a few pages back you're starting the next one right? It would fit in perfectly with my next round.
