incorrect, he had mental health issues and was not allowed to own guns. He got/stole them from a relative.

btw: Did Drumpf get impeached yet? I heard this was supposed to be coming pretty soon, haven't been watching the news tho.

in illinois he was not allowed to own guns.

but he did nto break any laws by owning guns in tennessee

That might be correct IF the FBI was a law enforcement agency for IL only, but it seems that the entire reason his gun rights were revoked was from an incident @ the White House:

According to AP, Reinking was arrested last year by the U.S. Secret Service for being in a restricted area near the White House. Metro Nashville Police Department spokesman Don Aaron said the suspect's firearms authorization was then revoked at the request of the FBI, and four weapons were seized, including the AR-15 that he allegedly used in the shooting at the Waffle House restaurant early Sunday, killing four people. Aaron says the four guns were returned to the suspect's father, who acknowledged giving them back to his son.

It being that both the Secret Service and FBI are federal authorities and they revoked his 2nd amendment right it would be a national ban and not just effective in the most corrupt state in the union.

The stupidity necessary to keep living in such a place seems to proven hereditarily by his father giving him weapons after the revocation. ;)

Yup true

He had mental health issues and still very easily managed to gain access to a mass killing weapon/machine. This is why we need better gun control laws and a better system to ensure compliance with those laws.
