you guys kept telling us that josie had a dozen witnesses lined up in support of wilson.

but there is only one.

what's with all these lies from you guys?

Though Wilson has not spoken publicly about his side of the story, an alleged friend of the officer, identified only as Josie, shared what she claimed to be Wilson’s recollection of events. CNN later confirmed that the woman’s account matches Wilson’s account of the shooting, according to their law enforcement sources.

Where in my post that you chose to quote, does it say anything about multiple witnesses? This was a C&P of an article in response to London's request about the officer's account. You're trying to hard and failing. You do understand people reading this pathetic attempt see right through it?

Now again, citation required or stfu.

“Police sources tell me more than a dozen witnesses have corroborated cop’s version of events in shooting,” St. Louis Post-Dispatch crime reporter Christine Byers tweeted, without elaborating.

only one witness corroborated wilson's story. none of the other 18 said he charged the officer.

That's a nice copy and paste of some article I couldn't give a shit about and has NOTHING to do with my post you quoted. You said I personally made the claim and I lied.

Back that shit up with a quote of a post that MuyLocoNC made stating such, or STFU.

YOU are literally retarded and a liar.

I'm gonna let you off the hook on this one. It's getting embarrassing for you and I'm bored. Be a little more careful with the accusations of lying and racist and you won't have to keep backpeddling from your statements. Goodnight.

I'm definitely NOT impressed by the way the community reacted to the lack of indictment. That said, I'm equally unimpressed with the way the prosecutor fed the grand jury, should we all be so lucky as to have a prosecutor that doesn't aggressively cross examine the accused.

Jay Nixon handled matters with such lack of zeal as to be confused with a $20 crack whore.

Frankly, we're all fucked, idiocracy.

This is proof that there shouldn't have been a charge.

If this accurately represents the totality of witness testament it amounts to 0.

You couldn't find any facts from that could you?

Therefore you have Wilson's version of events (not to be taken as truth ) to compare to the physical evidence of the crime scene.

Apparently his version fit the scene. Had it not it would have looked bad on his guilt.

But it did.

Exactly, if not interested in prosecuting, why bother with a grand jury other than to deflect and buy time.

Calls for a special prosecutor were well warranted.

possible observation 4, officer (oblivious to subtle prejudices and racist tendencies employed throughout his training) carried out his duties and acted on his perception of the event. Not understanding his perception was steered to fear a certain social category. The judge acting with political sensitivity could not act morally.
