Dark leaves, brown spots

I have no idea what's been going on, but this happens like clockwork around week 6.
In 12/12 Under 1000w hps (20" from light)
Nutes: GH floraduo 4ml/gal A, 8ml/gal B
Total ppm: 720 (.7)
Ph: adjusted to 6.0
Temps: 75 hi, 60 lo
Humidity: very dry (which might be the issue)
I used to add cal mag & koolbloom but I suspected over fertilizing so left it out this grow.
Buds look great, but kinda small for this point in the grow.
Would love to hear your thoughts.
Peace

Salt burn , some tips and leaves. Flush and that should help, it wont fix the burn but its nothing serious.

Thanks to everyone for the info.
I'm leaning toward salt burn, since after a good flushing, the buds have exploded & the braches can't hold em up... Thanks buds
The hydroton they're in has seen a few grows and probably hadn't been leeched properly.
Just gonna keep feeding straight water, since harvest is only a couple of weeks away.
