CXA3070 Driver Question

Hello,
I have a CXA3070 and purchased the wrong driver. I am looking at the LPC-35-700 and the APC-35-700. Would one of these drivers work better over the other or is there a better one on the market for the price? Thanks.

I want to know how many cob (cxb3070AD) controled with LPC-60-1750 , I found it very cheap in the local market (5.50$ea)...what do you think?

LPC-60-1750 is suitable for 1 CXB3070. $5.5 is an awesome price.

Although the CXB3070 has lower Vf than the CXA3070, it might not cooperate with the LPC-60-1750 because max Vf is 34 unfortunately. They do make a good match with Vero18 though.

@SupraSPL I was so confused, I'll be using much beloved cree but now talk about Vero 18..I've never look vero side...

Did I get or find the something new?

Do you have advised me cheap drive for cxb3070 more 85%> ef ?

The only reason I mentioned Vero18 is because it is compatible with LPC-60-1750. I recommend Vero29 V2.0 for an economy priced flowering lamp. If you are looking for very high efficiency I recommend CXB3070 or CXB3590, but at a higher cost/PAR W. There are upsides and downsides to both. Vero has holders included and offers a nice solderless solution while CX requires separate holders but they also offer solderless. For now, I use kapton and solder.

Cheap way to drive the 3070, these 1.45A 50W drivers are 88-89%, power factor corrected and $13.50 shipped.

I recommend 5V 6V 7.5V or 9V, OEM quality AC-DC switching power adapters like these. The best efficiency we get with these is 80%, but most often we get 60-70%. Some DiYers have suggested the possibility of using DC-DC adapters on the DC side of the driver. I have not tried it, but if it worked and was efficient, that would be handy. Generally, Id rather pay more for passive cooling heatsinks and not have to bother with fans whenever possible. As LED efficiency increases, passive cooling is more and more accessible.
