CXA3050-0000-000N00W430F as a possible led choice?

No extra connector, everything you need to know in the Short little Vid...........I prefer 18-20 gauge single strand wire for the Ideal holders....Multi strand seems to "pop" out if you tug especially towards the smaller range of gauge they recommend...while the single strand doesn't budge...:peace:
I actually saw that video last night, and bought a 50 pack of Wago this morning for $15 shipped for the 3 slot ones.

Looks like a high volume seller with good ratings, probably just a fuck up somewhere along the line.
Maybe, but he doesnt reply to my emails or the return request.
He did reply immediately when I was wanting to buy it and had a question.
Either way I will see if he decides to reply.

I have had a lot of bad experience with eBay so I am pessimistic I suppose.

Does it change per driver?
I am running drivers in parallel if that makes a difference.
sorry to hear about the ebay bullshit.

if you want to dim 2 drivers simultaeously, you wire both driver's dimming leads in paralell to a 50k ohm pot. 3 drivers-33k ohm pot 10 drivers 10k ohm pot etc.

while i'm here watching music videos..

Its good to check the datasheet for the dimming info. The type of potentiometer changes from driver to driver. I have one that uses a 250k for example

Seller wants me to keep lesser quality/lower wattage drivers and refund half price.
Im not sure if thats what I want to do though honestly.
I worked out that the ones he sent me will only do 34 watts not 50, and they are rated 36V and the other ones are 37V, not sure what the max is, but I have a spare pair of CXA3070 that I was going to power with them, and they are rated 38.5V.

I counter offered seller in attempt to resolve mix-up.
I said I will keep wrong drivers as spares, and he sells me proper ones at half price instead. I am awaiting response now.
I think I would rather send back wrong drivers and get right ones that just keep wrong ones at half price.
that is if he doesnt want to take deal I offered him.

I keep the mistakes and demand what I ordered. Otherwise I move along.

Turns out he doesnt even have that driver, just trying to pawn off the low quality stuff.
Trying to get me to keep em at half off.
Im not sure what good they are at 36V 950mA
Auction still says more than 10 available though so he must be a scammer.

If he won't refund talk to Ebay. You might need to file a claim or something but I bet they can force a refund if they want.

He offered half off, I said no.

I received all the parts that I have ordered so far except the fan I bought at a local auction house that hosts Amazon returns.
I have to say that I was shocked to see how small these cobs are!
I was picturing them being way bigger, not the size of my thumb nail.

I have to sand the heatsink since it was a groove in it.
I still need some wire I think, a power cord some L shaped aluminum bars, bolts and nuts shrink tubing etc...

As soon as this is all done Ill be selling my non diy led lights.
One is a no name 120x5 listed, but 178W at wall, and a Platinumled 300 watt that pulls 178W also actually.
I am hoping to get all the money back I spent on this stuff.

One thing I did t buy yet was a dimming pot.
Does the driver not work without the dimming wires connected to a pot or voltage source?
Can I just short the DIM+ and DIM- together to get 100% output?
