I worked them today (been down a few days ill )
I just gotta wire the drivers to the pcb's in the morning everything is done all jumpers in place (thanx for them btw)
even sleeved the power cords
the 4 led pcb ( 6 led per ) mounted to my 2 each 48" u channels & stuck the xtra stars near the middle but under the driver
That's a really stout board they are mounted on Mark I'm impressed
( it's Not flexible at all a Good thing & it;s thick )
got a great even squizze outta the heat xtrfer grease all around
I'll post sum pix in da morning

Hey does anyone know how to use 8020 with this kit such that the COBs can be angled one way or another? Ie, you still screw into the 8020, but there would be some kind of hinge you'd use and then attach the COBs to the hinge. Suggestions much appreciated!

80/20 ebay
auction site & store

http://stores.ebay.com/8020-Inc-Garage-Sale?_trksid=p2047675.l2563
you can get great deals on the auctions if u watch weekly

On that 80/20 stuff they have a ebay auction , odds & ends that r discounted
I pick up the 10 series 1" bars that have the 4 sided slot very chheap
when compared to Home Depot & their AL angle stock
the 80/20 is stout & strong
here is a auction on the 4 side 10 series slot bars the 1" http://www.ebay.com/itm/80-20-Inc-10-Series-1-x-1-Aluminum-Extrusion-Part-1010-x-48-Long-N-/330351272615?hash=item4cea7862a7
this is the sq tube I use http://www.ebay.com/itm/80-20-Aluminum-Quick-Frame-Tube-9000-x-48-25-N-/371565277502?hash=item568304313e
my ceiling dual slot bar is this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/80-20-Inc-2-x-5-T-Slot-Aluminum-Extrusion-10-Series-2012-Lot-33-5pcs-/191826734465?hash=item2ca9c3ad81:g:QwQAAOSwZ8ZW2ctH
that's a great price on those btw
They do combine shipping just email before checkout , it's alwaays lower than what's quoted in checkout
they will even hold shipments till a auction is over on multiple wins & buy-it-now

Hey Guys, I put together a quick video about these cutter sinks and 80/20. (give it a min to finish processing, but ill link it now)

RIU has always been the place where the best ideas and implementation become the standard. So lets create something magical here that breaks down the barriers of getting started in this hobby.

If you are interested in collaborating on this project with me and others, download Fusion 360 , its free 30 day trial after that the license is $40/mo , but you can dump it then. Or if you just want to draw some 3D dicks, bring it on.

files for anyone to download here

I do a daily watch on that garage auctions , the nutz , bolts , screws , angles all come up for auction at any time
(they tear down a demo project & place the hardware , bars up on auction bags of bolts & slot nutz )
also they put up lots of bars that are odd lengths @ deep discounts
the 'Buy-it-now' shit is over stock or 2nds
the 1" x 4' sq tube i use is like $7.50 local that's $18+ if u can find it
hell i paid $14 for 3/4" u channel for my Far Red bars @ Ace Hardware it was 1/2 as thin as the 80/20 stuff
after awhile you see the saving

u wanna look @ single point of attachment on the side of the sink (gives more angle of attack aiming options)
ideally a single 1/4" stud coming outta the side of the sink
that way a angle or tab would attach to a bar then to the stud on the sink

Pix on my phone1458323319966-81187413.jpg 14583233941351811450683.jpg
the elbow ,
the orientation is wrong on that one bar , it should be side to side
as I wanted to have a angle adjustment as the FR bars are at the edges of the room's ceiling

Hi PurpleBuz
Yes we do we have a 24mm round

We mount these with Semileds, from 390 to 430nm the board can be series, parallel, so you can just power up all leds or individually addressable so you can tweak each colour and its compatible with Carclo optics if you need secondary optics
Cheers
