Have you guys been ordering or trading? Still haven't picked a designated seed bank... too much smack talk goes around on these forums about them - I need first hand experience.

On deck I've got my medical bag seed. LOL. Dense buds though and so far it smells almost offensively hashy, with a little skunk. I'm hoping it will develop a little more acidic taste while it matures to make that potent hash tone more mild. It's got little residual growing smell though, nice for someone who is concerned about that. First grow woe. You don't know what you've got 'til you've got it! I'm on 34 days of flowering so I'm rounding second base.

So all the bs is just talk? I don't understand it all really... if you look on here, or other forums - you literally can't find a bank without some sort of bad reviews. In business though the unhappy speak a lot louder than the pleased.

I've read a lot about bad genetics. I'm not an idiot though, we're not working with percision engineered products here. Sometimes I don't know what people expect... everythings not going to go according to plan 100% of the time.

All businesses have disgruntled customers and especially ones where your stuff will ALWAYS have the chance of being clipped by customs. It's a risk you take.....sux...but luckily the odds are with you. Many are fine accepting the risks when they order but if the dice fall negatively for them,....attitude sux,...if theres come in 8 days, attitude is awesome. ALLL bannks have their stuff taken once in awhile. Happened twice with me, Nirvana both times,..big point here tho is, both times,....beans were resent and arrived fine. My timeline was off now but my $100 wasn't wasted

Real talk LBH. I don't think there is much of a punishment for sending contranband through the mail, but you definently get things seized, letters sent, packages opened, etc. For the most part though customs are more concerned with 'bad' things. Guns, biological weapons, majors drugs. Plus you never know what customs region is going to exaime your package, or which one is going to do it more thoroughally.

In my days studying "bugs" I sent packages all over. Generic mail was the only way to do it without paying obnoxious carrier fees for sending venomous animals. I use to make a good effort to wash my hands and stuff to try and get resin and what not off considering I was already sending contraband via US standards, nevermind international. Never once though did I have a problem. Multiple packages to the Netherlands, Lithuana, Sweeden. The only real issue I ever had was a huge delay. I sent a package to Los Angles typical 3 day like alway and it took almost 3 weeks. I was doing some medicine while I was wrapping it, so I imagine it got smelled out got smelled out, opened and passed out. Which is funny because obviously what was inside wasn't suppose to be there.

The mail really is a lot safer (and less secure as far as protecting us) than people think. If your scanners and sniffing dogs can't see live venomous creatures in deli cups packaged neatly inside a box by a cannabis user then either somethins broke or people are too overloaded with work. I think the latter.

At UPS, only the next day air gets sniffed and that's random, maybe 2 times a yr if that.. When they are there with the dogs (troopers), it is because of a tip.

And that's correct, even if customs grabs them, its just a letter u get but no beans

We always sent USPS, I know it sounds terrible and wicked arrogant. I know folks who've received packages (of live specimen) from Yemen. Now thats sketchy! (As far as security.)

After reading this thread, I had to sign up. I found so many similiarities between myself and you guys that I hope this will be a rewarding experience. Love the strains being grown. No one growing any MNS genetics? I got Nevil's Haze, Critical Mass, Nordle, Shit, Spice, Mango Widow, and ASH (afg skunk x afg haze) lined up for this winter. Looking forward to everyones grows and getting to know you folks. Hope to see everybody here pressing Lincoln Chafee to apply state law and open dispensaries!

Howdy Sativa!! My buddies in Conn grew "shit". I went to visit at their band room one evening and opened the door to a room that smelled appropriately like someone dropped a deuce in the middle of the floor, straight nasty. Well when I realized that was their latest,....I just had to try it,lol. Only thing I've grown from MN is the widow way back when all the drama first hit the fan.

The "shit" is really nice bud and respectively stink being a skunk#1(dom. afghan) x skunk#1. There are a few grows of it over at MNS and all the plants look proper. I'm gonna be running the "shit" by early next year but had to get the MW and spice popping first. Looking for that old skool high that I'm sure I will find in MW.
