Ok so I dried my bud in my closet (closet humidity 40% temp 75) for 3 days. I then put my bud in glass containers with the boveda 62 packs and have been burping it for the last 5 days probally 3 times a day for 10 mins each time... My question is when the bud is in the jars the buds are sticking to each other. Is that normal with with the boveda packs ???? Do I need to keep burping or is it better not too even open the jars unless I need bud ??? Any other tips using the 62 packs ??

they are probably still wet, im guessing 70% r/h or higher in your jars. dump them back out for a day, maby 2. then put back in the jars, and seal up. check r/h after 24hrs. open jars for an hr or 2 each day to get r/h below 65% (60-63% ideal). toss in broveda pack and close lid. then burp for 20 mins 1x a week. this tek is not set in stone, its just what I go by when im drying and curing.

Anyone else have bud stuck together in there jars using boveda packs ???
Yes, I tried my first test dry similar to what you did and my buds were definitely sticking together. They weren't dry enough to go direct to jar with the Boveda just yet. You can either dump them out and leave them open and exposed for about a day somewhere dark, then back in the jars. OR better yet, dump them into a paper bag with a hygrometer until the RH measures 65% in the bag (maybe 2 - 5 days), then back in the jars with the Boveda 62%.

I keep throwing my buds back in the jar and sweating them. Then they go back out to dry again. Dont use the packs untill you buds are completely dried for your liking and youre curing at this time. Keep jars in the dark

When I get fluctuating humidity drying, I throw the buds in a paper bag for a couple days before the jar.
Great success this way so far.

Does anybody know how quick the packs take effect? Is there some activation period or do they start working instantly?
