Cure last hope

So I made it to harvest and made many mistakes along the way. The bud is airy but does smell like bud very sticky and lots of trichomes.
Now at the curing stage and my last hope to improve on the final step before smoke.
After reading many different ways of curing my question is , How much can a good cure improve your bud, even if its airy bud ,, after a good long cure (3 to 5) weeks ?
Hoping the cure will help these 3rd shelve buds

My buds have been a little airy it can affect drying time. I cure in gars 2/5 weeks and there o so prefect. It's weird how 1 day you check it and your thinking I hope I do better next time you burp it a couple of more times and wow .

Airy doesn't mean bud is bad. Only smoking will tell you.

Airy or not it's yours, you grew it. Your not paying anyone for your smoke. To me a cure is more about final smell, smoke harshness and taste. I know some people say it changes the thc but if it doesn't get you high before you start curing no amount of cure is going to change that. Congrats, take what you learned and get back to it before you run out!

I agree with mali -- the real test is what happens when you try your airy buds! If you're happy with the result, great! You grew it and it works. Live and learn for next year. Nice.
