Yes I agree Artistically Cured Cannabis is one of the best things on this Earth besides a beautiful Woman.! But! Having shitty bud is better than No bud at all in my opinion.!
Couldn't put it better brah. The question is will it work for this? The mold is on there so it doesn't come off. You do this when the weed is fresh and undried. Then it gets dried up after. So you're really not doing anything to get the mold out. Don't get me wrong it's a great idea to have for fresh bud without issues but this isn't it. I'd be inclined to do this with really really stinky bud like something that is more offensive as a fresh clean bud smell. Haven't had that happen yet but heard cheese and some skunk strains seem to offend more than do good. Plus keeps it under the radar while keeping the bud and thc intact.

I'm saying Water Curing is specifically used to Remove Mold and any other contaminants if the bud is not clean. So Yes. Water cure it if it is molded.

How would sticking a moldy bud in water remove the mold?
apparently this is up for debate but other forums on different sites say that since the water denies the mold oxygen, the spread stops and dissolves but even if you change the water, you still have spores and dead mold body. It's still hard to get rid of on a scale of managing water and whatnot because you are told to not disturb the buds. Just change the water. Think of it this way, if you put a slight bit of flower in cold water, it will eventually dissolve or clump up but try getting the water out without dumping it over. You
Could scoop it but it's not effective in the long run. Mostly the "mold' would just fall and dissipate back into the water. You would have to devise a way to get water out without recontaminating the pot.
