CS PPM not rising?

So I made a CS generator yesterday and have been letting the silver sit for almost 24 hrs. This morning when I checked on it, it was at 11 ppm after sitting for 14 hours and just right now i looked and it was at 13 ppm. I also switched the silver on the negative to the positive and vice versa this morning so maybe thats why it rose a little bit.

So is this as far as it will rise or should I just let it go for a few more hours? ( I am aiming for 50-60 ppm)

I still have some silver wire left over (.9999) as well so I could just use fresh ones if it could raise the PPM.

No battery I am using a 9v adapter. My connection is pretty clean as it is as I solder it and I don't think I could get a better connection. I am also using disttiled.

look online at the CS Generators. and try to get as close to possible as the power supply they use..they use a certain kind so that it actually breaks down the silver into tiny little particles.. wen i first made CS.. i used one i had laying around.. and the ppm never went over 15... then i bought one and now i can get to 60-100ppm in 12 hours or so .. if i had my generator around me i would grab it and check.. but im too lazy to go and grab it out of storage i made a huge batch of CS.. a few weeks ago.. and put it away i only make enough for 1 or 2 runs.. and then i recharge the solution. so far i can tell the darker it gets the more its degrading.. keep in a light proof container .. and it will help it last..

but i remember i got my power supply for 15 bucks on ebay.
