So what helps to make the critical yield I currently have a medical grow with one going.

I would like to know how big I have to get it and if there is any special thing i can do like top and super crop to boost the yield?

i only have one clone going about a foot tall and bushy i topped it once and made a clone from that .

i am unsure if the cut will even take.

so as of right now i have only one plant which i plan to put under the 1000 hps anytime now.

I would like to cut more clones off the big plant but i don't wanna screw up the end yield or anything trying to clone one plant a million times. but if the ck is really worth it id like to keep it going as long as i can so i can say have one ready every month

Here are some Critical Kush I grew under a 150 Watt and a 250 Watt Sun System, Tent. I used Pure Blend Pro Grow/Bloom and Liquid Karma, these harvest pics are 9.5 weeks. This is what a small light system can do ! These Critical Ku$h are huge, love how big these buds are, great strain for big buds

Ive on my 5th indoor Critical Kush grow. If I was to summarize my experiences with them thus far ID say:
1-Very mold resistant: Ive had a few accidental floods, dehumidifier breakdowns and so on that brought my humidity level to 90 or so for several days. I never once had any mold and herb tested mold free by cc.
2-Very insect resistant: I live in the country and whether I like it or not moths come in on occasion and fruit flies (we do a lot of organic vegetable conserves). Though they will fly around and land on plants Ive never had to use anything other then a mild soapy wash. Ive NEVER had tripes or Spider Mites (knock on wood)
3-Very prone to becoming hermaphrodites: These girls like it strict, 12-12 no f-ups. If you are unfortunate like I was and forgot your lights on or forgot to set the timer for one cycle they will stunt and hermi out for sure.
4- Ready in 58 days flowering: Ive never had to go over 58 days of flower and time and time again they are ready at that point. I have a decent environmental controls setup which helps.
5- Tough strain, love to be in 5 gallon pots with coco. Ive grown Critical Kush in DWC but I prefer the coco.
6-Excellent yielder: On a bad run where things went wrong I would average 1.75 ounces per plant but when using CO2, no light mishaps, no environmental breakdowns you can hit 4-5 OZ per plant. I would put my overall average after 5 grows at 3.25 onces, bone dry. I put 4 plants per 1000WView attachment 2829527View attachment 2829536

8- Another reason I love growing Critical Kush is its pretty much odorless when growing. I had had to use many carbon filters while growing lemon skunk, white widow, chesse, super lemon haze etc but this genetic I don't even have my carbon filter hooked up yet when you smoke it...mmmmm so so good.

Smoke review: Critical Kush does not dissapoint. Very resinous, ideal for hash or honey oil its a true stoner. Deep body buzz,..can know you out of your in that mode or can motivate if your in that mood. Very versatile smoke that never becomes bland and blah. I use Critical Kush for my insomnia and extreme back pain its it works better than any genetic Ive tried. this is just my point of view however.Smell fantastic up to the roach. Always a challenge finishing a joint alone in 1 go.
I highly recommend this strain. Having been growing for 9 years and many herbs come and go. Im sticking with this as my sure thing and always accepting any recommendations for other excellent genetics from all you cats. Peace

Liked you summary of CK.....i'm currently starting them right now..........you stated that you get around 3+ oz per plant....wow.....what size are your plants?..........big for me is about 30" across and 3' tall....................and also do you clone them....and how well do they clone.....thx

3 feet seems small, how long are you vegging for like a month?

Plants tend to double in size in flowering so id say if he talking 3ft then flip if you have the room go for it.

3 zips a plant is not uncommon i did a blueberry headband last run at about 4ft and bushy got 5 zips of fat buds and that was without fancy co2 aswell

Got 3 CK's going right now. They took off, Quick! Topped them, now each plant has like 8-10 tops. At about 2.5-3ft tall right now. 4 weeks old. Guna veg to about 5ft tall then flower. I'll post pics when I can. The only other plant bushing like those is my Bubbas Gift HBCSO

I forgot all about this thread, harvest my Critical Kush on January 10th and ended up with a disappointing 27oz off 1200w {my goal was at lease 32oz} I had multiple complications during this grow, extremely cold weather {38f} power outages the whole nine yards. So I guess with everything being considered these ladies didn't do half bad.

With all the pitfalls you had to still come out with 6.3 gpw is still admirable.

That's insane. What are you doing a vertical? Or are we speaking of the metaphorical ceiling you have to work with under the light?
ya just the space I have to work with. I've always been limited and had to flower at certain times. Now I want to see how they do letting them get big n bushy :D
Enigmatic ur criticals look beautiful man

heres some pics of mine. first pics is a bubba kush that grew out like 10 tops after i snipped, very happy. but the other 2 are the critical kush in the middle. 2 of them in this room. I topped them and they shot out like 9 tops. Loving it. Waiting for them to fill out, get bigger, then flower time. Trying to give 2 their own 1000w HPS. I love this strain, def ordering more.
