I'm trying to overwinter a couple pepper plants (in the same pot) under one 23 watt cfl, they got bit of frost damage before I got them inside but they've been growing out of it and putting out some new growth, I've got this crinkly leaf problem too. I've given them a little calcium and epsom salts but I'll try some more. I've also read where pests can cause this and I know the plant I have has some bug issues after being brought in from outdoors. I'm hoping to keep them limping through the winter which I think I can and that they'll snap out of whatever once I get them in their raised beds. They're still trying to flower which I pick off so it can devote its energy to vegetation.
