crinkle leaves and very little root growth

I posted on here a few weeks ago because I was getting very little growth and twisting fan leaves.

I ended up lowering my PPM's and watering less. But I'm still having problems.

PPM's @ 550 CNS17
Water Temp between 64 and 69 f
1000w MH
Was PHing to 5.5 but just raised it to 5.8 because H&G Roots Excellerator calls for that PH.

Leaves are twisting, yellowing, and crinkling. Also, I not noticing any root growth. I'm now only watering my 6x6 inch Rockwool cubes once a week and they are still pretty heavy with water after 7 days.

Their normal growth seems very slow as well. I'm almost 2 months into veg and my girls are only about 14 to 16 inches tall.

Two days ago I added H&G Roots Excellerator.

what type of soil you in? Looks like lockout from wrong PH, and salt buildup. how often does it get watered?

lock out from ph i would set the ph to 6.5 in soil then you wont get lockout if you do adjust the ph to get the relevant element

I was at 5.5 and I'd let rise naturally but Roots calls for 5.8, so I set it at 5.8

I'm in Rockwool. I water when I can lift up a cube without a steady stream of water pouring out the bottom of the cube. About every 7 days. (Which means the roots aren't taking in the water)

Just wanted to follow up. The Roots Excelerator seems to have worked. Got roots coming out everywhere and the Rockwool blocks need to be watered at least once a day now.
