Cree CXB 3070 35K AB vs BB bin

Is the BB bin that much better than the AB for the price?

Hello all. I don't like to start threads,but my searches tpdidn't yeild the results I am after.

I need to replace a CXB3070-0000- 000N0HBB35H. As well as grab an extra one for situations such as this.

I see the AB bins just a about everywhere under $20.00 a pop. While the BB bins are $28+.
Kingbrite is the cheapest for BB bins,but it would cost me the price of two more chips just to ship 2 chips.I don't want or need anymore than 1 extra.

The cob rail has 3 other CXB 3070s on it and a 185-1400 driver w/heatsinks. Just a quick swap out of the old and in with the new.

Need some input of if that 1 AB is going to make any real world difference to the light output of the plants.
It's not a matter of being cheap.I'll buy the BB bin if it's justifiable with such old tech...lol.

I have Qb's and Elite 96 QBs. I do love my cob rails and will keep running them.

Any input is much appreciated.

It's very small in the amount of extra photons. I'd just get whatevers cheapest on Digikey.

Thank you Airwalker. I saw that on the data sheet. This is what caused me to make the thread .Something like 3-4 thousand lm flux more. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Props. Exactly my thinking.
