Credit card not working when I try to pay for seeds

I don't want to provide a lot of details about this. I'm not going to post the name of the seller. But I tried to pay for some seeds, repeatedly, with a Chase Bank Visa card and the seller told me that when he entered my three-digit verification number on the back of the card his system told him it was not the correct number.

Well, that's bullshit. It's only three digits. I know I provided the correct number.

I'm thinking this is the bank fucking with cannabis growers and users. There must be a blacklist.

Some banks will not do overseas sites unless you tell them it's okay.
