Creating a Patient Collective

I'm having a hard time finding more information on how to do the following:

3 people, including myself, have our medical cards (California). We'd like to have it where one of us can grow the maximum allowed number of adults plants for the entire group (18 plants total). Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to achieve this?

Just have copies of all three recs at the grow. I dont know how lax the city is that youre in but youre not gonna get in trouble for 18 plants unless there are extenuating circumstances like guns or hard drugs involved too.
