DAY 30!

Well i finally made it out to the hydro store this morning.... i dont like waking up before noon unless i have to work LOL. Pretty sweet place. Knabbed some Botanicare Gro, Bloom, and Calmag.

Just whipped up some water with about 15ml gro, 5ml CM. around 750ppm after ph'd. Just fed the 2 3gals. The 1.5gals arent looking to great. Growth is still coming in fast, but so many of the fans got dried and died. pulled what was all dead and was ready to fall off. not much left to em so they are in teh back of the tent just hanging out. Im more worried/puttnig time into my big fatty and the loneranger.

Lone ranger started showing spotting now too. Im really hoping to chalk this up to calcium deff and not something fungal that is spreading. I did just remember that i changed from purified water ( with minimal calcium and mag in the water ) to straight distilled. So during my switch is when im guessing they really absorbed it all and needed more.

3gals just got fed at noon, so we'll see how they look when im home from work at 11pm tonite. Hoping it really helps out. everyone else seems to have stopped with the spotting but hte leaves that are spotted are getting fairly damaged from the aftermath. crossing my fingers this botanicare helps.

I was going to switch to 12/12 tomorrow evening since its finally day 30, but i tihnk im going to wait it thru the weekend to let these nutes start taking course and load in some Nitro before flipping. then ill carry the veg nutes in a week or 2 per botanicare, then switch to the bloom.

Other than that everyone is taking to transplanting well. eveyrone has grown over an inch in the past 36hrs. 1.5gals are already shooting their roots out the bottom which is a great sign. nice clean white roots too.

Few quick pics from watering: Lone Ranger on left, Biggy on the right

Much love ill check back in tonite!

ugh these things are driving me nuts.

Now long ranger has 1 leaf showing spotting. im really hoping its not fungal. the only part that is worrying me is it is 1 leaf. and it was the only leaf touching the other plant....

Its really hard to tell if its still persisting or not. most of it looks to be darkening and just dying out ( the spots im refering to ) but more new growth on top might be getting it again. Obviously i cant expect the feeding today to change all teh sudden but id hope itd help to stop anything new. Just time to ride it out and wait. Im more worried on if i should let it veg more now before flowering. Dont know if the spotting is going to affect my flowering and sex outcome. Most likely gonna wait like 5 more days until flipping, as i was going to start tonite at midnite but i want the new feedings to get a couple doses before changing.

this is my first go at it so i dont expect PRO outcome but i do like to spend my $ and knowledge properly and do things right the first time. Its always gonna be learning and its fun. I love doing DIY stuff but im also not afraid to spend $$ on the good shit. like investing in the exhaust system. itll last me forever now!

Will check back in tomorrow. Gonna go have a toke with the lil ladies downstairs and hope for the best. On the bright side, i just got some FIRE product , and first nug i crack. BOOM a bean, and it was a fat ass bean as well. And its the only one i found. Im really excited to plant this one bean next round. I may put full attention into this 1 plant cause it is amazing product ( plant name unknown ).

If you haven't done so I'd cut off that spotted leaf on your lone ranger that may have contracted some sort of fungus in order to prevent it from spreading any further, better to be safe than sorry. From what I can see in the pictures your plants look great, nice and bushy, except for a few damaged leaves of course. Good luck with that new bean you found, sounds like that'll be a fun grow to follow too.

hey man I'm on my first grow aswell using mg soil and I'm not having no problems whatsoever but I'm trying to think on what could be the problem and this might sound silly but when you topped your plants did you make sure that the tools you were using were sterilized? Just a though like I said in nee also. Just wanting to help. GL can't wait to see them tomorrow .

Yeah when i topped i had no problems then. This all popped up in the past 7 days. Its so hard to tell what is going on. I know i dont expect the calmag to blow my mind in 1 day but id hope itd help stop.

Lone Ranger just has that 1 leaf. Which i think i may remove bryleetch like you said. Im just hoping its not a fungal. But from what ive read online it sounds like calmag deff + rust. which rusting is a mobile disease that can transfer. I tihnk im leaning toward that issue because it started on 1 plant. moved to the next, then next day Big Fatty had it and now 5 days later Lone Ranger is getting it.

Shit is driving me nuts. Its deff calcium issue because new growth is very slim, and curling a bit now which are other symptoms.

Ordered a bunch of the flexi bulb extenders and they showed up this afternoon. Im off work tomorrow so everyone will be getting lots of attention and new lighting setup. Gonna keep the hood but start adding the extenders to get light all around instead of just on top.

Will check back in tonite! Much love yal!

Thanks for popping by Adrien!

Thanks CD! Thats was one of the helpful resources i read thru to help me narrow this down.

Ran a flush on the 3gals today.Drainage is good casue they are draining after 64oz of water. Ran a gallon thru each. got about 3/4 gallon run off and was pretty clear. 250ppm. So Im gonna let them dry out now and then give them a first feeding.

Put the bulb extenders in and they working pretty good, but like i read, they sag since the flex isnt very stiff so i had to ziptie 2 of them up due to the 1.5s pushing 18inches now.

Im seeing the 2 little pistils in a bunch of spots.

zoomed in:

To be honest i think all 4 may be showing tiny tiny signs of girls. I think its just time to flip to 12/12 starting tomorrow. Everyone will get a last feeding of Pro Gro, and then switch to the pro bloom and transition it. Im really hoping girls. but to be honest i was planning to kill off the 2 tall ones due to space so i wasnt expecting all girls from bag seed lol.

The 3 gals looks like they are taking reallly well to my flush i gave them yesterday. tops growth is green and abundant. slightly skinny but okay.

Its completely normal for preflowers to show at this point during veg, you could keep vegging and it wouldn't start producing buds. Your plant is just telling you that its mature enough to begin flowering... Congrats!
