Couple of spare lights, should I use them in my flowering room.

I have a couple of spare 35W CFLS 6500k.

I was thinking of putting them in my grow room, there is a bit of a dark patch in the far corner.

Would it be okay to put them in there?
And how close to the plants?

My main light is a 400w HPS

I just got a levely 125W CFL 6500k for my mother plants I was really impressed by it so next crop I am thinking of getting one for the room.
