Bud porn is well under way on Amanda now. As stated in the beginning of this corn ball fucking thread, I don't know which strains I am working with. But it is sure to be fire. Obtained the beans from a friend whose family has been growing dank for many years. I have yet to speak with him since picking the beans up from his wife. It is most likely a private strain bred by this family I speak of. Today I squeezed one of the bud tips and it is has a delicious fruity smell...a dominant grape smell to it. I'm fucking stoked.

Really kool day. I was in The North Forty Patch mid afternoon watering. When I was greeted by a visitor. I have some pretty good video footage as well. I'm going to be doing some controlled breeding in all of my patches. The strain mixture that I do in The North Forty Patch is going to be called "Bambi Budz"....:-D This fawn and I have crossed paths a multitude of times this this Spring/Summer. I've ran into on trips to my fishing hole as well as The Honey Hole Patch and The North Forty Patch. This time it gave me a close encounter for a long period of time. Made for a fantastic afternoon.

I've been offline for a few weeks and just found your thread; rare that I go back 16 pages but this thread is the bomb! So much more than just about growin'! The in-laws live in southern MN, a couple of cousins do some recreational growing, your thread makes me want to go up for a visit! I look forward to keeping up with your grow this summer

Thank you kindly IvyPirate. I'd say it's about the simple pleasures in life. I've got back to living again and feels great. At the age of 40 I can honestly say it has been the most memorable summer of my life. If I make it through harvest with everything in tact it will most certainly be surreal.

I'm long past 40 and have been all around the world but still find the simple things hold the best meaning. That attitude (plus a supply of homegrown that came from my own efforts) keeps me going in the face of adversity. Speaking of which...check my thread entry Aug 1 for details

Continued good luck with your grow this summer. I will be taking my annual summer trip to MN vicariously through your thread this year!
