Could you tell me if this is a hermie.

I tried to get a good pic of one of my AK-47's that i think is the culprit of pollinating the rest of my plants. Two of my plants will be done in about a week or so and after inspecting them a few days ago. I see that they are full of seeds. And the only thing weird that i have been able to find on one of the plants is something that looks to me like male parts. I took a pic and circled the parts that are suspicious. Could anyone tell me if this is a hermie plant.

Thank you. So after this grow is finished, what would be a good thing to use to wipe down the inside of my grow room with. I want to make sure that all of the polen is gone.

bleach or santizer of some kind but bleach would be best
