Could low ph water do this?

Using ffof soil started tiger bloom and calmag 3 weeks ago just realized I was watering at a 4.5 pH the whole time now I ordered pH up and calibrated my pen feeding now for the first time at around 6.8 do you think they can recover or should I just scrap the whole grow and start over it's week 4 since flip also I supercropped them the knuckles healed well could it possibly be shock? No bugs involved I deep cleaned the space

Keep the PH in check and finish the grow.

They'll recover fine no worries keep it going
