What is your soil? Just looks to be that your growth is slow. Like the soil is to compact, not enough aeration.

Ok... Peat should never dry out completely. When it does, it throws your ph off. I believe you want to water at 5.8-6.3. Are you planning on doing this whole grow in peat? I suggest you get some good soil and transplant, it will help you avoid these issues as you learn.

Growing in straight peat is more like growing hydro. And hydro rules apply.

Can you get perlite? If not order some online. 50/50 mix with your peat. Hydro nutes, water often like you are.

Hey man, your baby definitely looks like its not getting enough air to its roots, watering every 2 hours is way too often, at this stage in the plants life, you should be watering every 2 to 3 days depending on how quickly your medium dries up, when the top inch is dry, its time to water, if its still wet no water, but basically you want to water less often and more at a time, when growing in peat, you want a little bit of runoff every time you water, I'm assuming your pots have drainage holes. If not that's a big problem

Can't make out the brand of your soil in the picture, Show a picture of the whole bag. It is important that it does not have time release fertilizers in it.
The most important thing you need to fix and learn about is how to water. That is what likely killed them.
The soil was not good as can be seen and changing it and getting some perlite will help a lot.
I would not keep the light 3" from a seedling. I don't use cfl's but would think they can be kept 6" away until the plant is bigger. Seedlings do not need intense light, proper watering is the key to keeping it alive while it develops roots and gets bigger.
If you don't have or can't get the books use growweedeasy.com

Hey, thanks alot, the problem is that this soil mix is from germany and the brand is not well known thats the only thing i found here, and regarding the light i moved the pots 4inches from the light to be more safe and now watering once a day if i feelthe soil dry will move to bigger pots next week and hopefully i will find better soil

avoid the temptation to water too much, get one of those moisture testers to check the soil down a few inches into the pot, they are cheap
alternatively you should know by lifting the pot, it will be a lot lighter when the soil has dried out, let the roots search for water......

Aww, bleak man, yeah I feel you, also hard for me to get seeds in my country, I just grow from bag seed these days. But yeah the perlite is a really good idea, makes it very hard to overwater.
