Yah sorry still on the cell.. It can create positive pressure, not game ending but certainly not 100% sealed. that pos pressure will also create a stress on ur central a/c.. Will elaborate more later or you can look into static back pressure and learn more about it.

Really this is an issue you should discuss with a REAL hvac technician and have him analyze your current situation, however I am just offering you my derived knowledge of the subject matter so far. But, it's the adding or subtracting of air from the room that causes the changes in atmosphere, I have a feeling your main house isn't causing that much positive pressure, but possibly a tiny amount. Co2 molecules are very tiny and will find holes if pushed to do so. That being said your method isn't so bad as long as the main house a/c doesn't cycle on too much and you don't seem to be going to the refill station too much ;)

What!... From 2 1000 watters.. That is extreme.
He's not too bad I run 2 1000W in a sealed room, plus the pool pumps and other electricity being used in the home ( washer & dryer, AC , appliances, etc) and I'm in the high 300's real close to 400.00

oh come on my neighbor hood average is 350 so its not to bad to me. ac all day im not gonna sweat in my house., my neighbors with kids have a bill just as high as mine so i don't think its that crazy.
