Cops raided my grow room, took everything but never even found 1 plant !!!

Move on bro. They were probably trying to settle the score. If you fight and have the right lawyer in your city they wont fuck with you, but you are broke so............The Police KNOW which lawyers not to go against, but they aint cheap.

wow have things changed ,10 plus years ago when i got raided by the green team back home they took my plants and left all the equipment, told me they new i had a grow..if i let-em in they wont press charges, so i let them take the grow, all the lights were bought by me at the police auction in victoria bc (home region)...the cops joked that there was no point in taking the equipment as the next auction was in 2 weeks....the ballasts had cop id stickers on them from previos busts....they laughed and left....

I didnt steel anything I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. I also got peer pressured to do it by a close relative of mine. Thiefs should get thier fingers cut off if it was up to me.

take your losses where im from cops shoot a motherfucker or hook em up with fake charges if you piss em off or they really wanna get you its happend to me and my buds spent 4 months in jail and probo time for some shit i didnt even do, ive even heard of cops and dea loading child porn on ur computer so that when you do get to jail you wish they wouldve just shot you its worse then death. never ever trust a cop, unless you hold a lot of power and have ALOT of money

hah you got lucky motherfucker i spent 4 months for armed burglary they got fake witnesses and everything got it dropped thanks to pti but MOTHAFUCK the legal system im about to move back to spain lol, somthing needs to change in this country that or im moving out into the boondocks where no one can find me if i could get some big property close to the coast society can kiss my ass goodbye they can keep all the bs

The lawyer told me I won't have to do time just pay him couple of stacks n he promised me I won't go to jail. Google cook county jail. One of the worst out there. Fuck that I paid the lawyer and now I'm just waiting my next court hearing. He's gonna get it down to burglary from res. Burg. Soo I'm lucky it's my first felony. I'm also lucky that the cops didn't charge me with possession of a illegal firearm. They just took my chopper but theirs more where that came from.

I would say this as well.. If Mommy had your Back @ all & was not siding with the cops. They would not have been able to take your crap from home, & if they did.. Mommy could even go get it back for you saying it's hers.
I do not think it's illegal to grow in mommies home if she approves of it.

Sounds like you are being strong-armed, but like others have said, you could still get burned.. You don't know what your mom told them, or what they'll say she said.. The reason grow equipment is legal itself is because it can be used to grow legal plants.. If you do get your equipment back, and they don't manage/try to get you on intent though, then I'd definitely be sticking to growing legal plants in that area for a while.. Police don't like feeling strong-armed by punks anymore than punks like being strong-armed by police..And on a side note, grow equipment often ends up in police auctions.. They don't always destroy it, sometimes they make money off of it..

The police will bring your equipment to a garbage recycling station but before they drive away they'll make sure your stuff is broken. They usually do this with a fire axe. Good luck. Now you know where they're going with it.

Man talk to internal affaires. I had a similar problem not with grow equipment but with something similar that they threatin to charge me with if i ask for it back. Ever since this happend to me running in to cops is a thing of the past. I mean come the cop that's fucking with you won't nomore him our his buddys. Think about it IA will take there job in a heart beat if there not meeting there obligation to protect and serve the public... Even if its your grow equipment..

It was someone in your houshold that had your stuff taken to the dump. I own lots of stuff for growing and alot of it came from the recycling station.
Sure the police beat it up with axes but the odd HID and other things survive with repairable damage. I've never been popped for growing pot but I've had my share of wannabe thieves.
