it will be interesting to see who gets med first in the area, Ohio,
West Virginia, or Pennsylvania. I honestly think that WV might
be the first to go, for purely economic reasons.

in va politicians are pressing the govt to legalze hard,due to washington d.c. being integrated into va's rroadways,they for see a huge legal issue with commuters from dc into va or just people getting lost in general,so its a very real possibility va is soon to be legal...
i hope.
