i usually make my own compost teas, but lately ive been using biotone in my soil and its been fantastic with all the bacterias and stuff that comes in it....i was just wandering if i could make a compost tea with it by taking a pair of pantyhose full of compost from my compost bin with some biotone mixed into the sock....then fill a five gallon bucket up with water mixed with some molasses and add my bubble stone and let it sit for a few days.....seems like the molasses would really help bring all the bacterias to life in the tea....if anyones got any advice on like how much biotone to use per five gallon bucket, or just any info at all let me know....
i even thought about just making the tea with just the biotone and molasses in the bucket.....any info or advice is greatly appreciated!!

I love Espoma products. It has become the only compounded supplement I use any more. I am just starting with biotone now so I'm interested in what it might bring to the table. If you shop around you can buy it a a reasonable price. Its not exotic just good solid supplement.
I think I would create a tea with a small amount if Earth worm Castings and a 1/4 cup of espoma let it work1 day and see if it looks active use it. If not add molasses and use the next. I have no reason to think it would not make a good tea. However, Espoma recommends its use only as a transplant supplement and that their other products are more appropriate for regular use. I think it would be most productive added to the soil at transplant.
