What is the lastest on HB126? I got this email from [FONT=arial, sans-serif]Rep. Solano -

If you would like to look at the bill in it's current status please feel free to visit the Colorado General Assembly website. Hopefully the current amendments rectify any concerns you have about the bill. I have not yet taken a position on this bill. My staff is currently conducting research on the issue. I will also carefully consider debate and testimony when it is heard on the floor.
I support safe driving. Distracted driving and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol is a serious problem in Colorado. It is my job as a representative in seeking to correct this problem. However I do have concerns about HB-1261 and how it approaches the issue of operating motor vehicles under the influence of Marijuana. I am not confident that the .5 THC limit is appropriate. I also have concerns about how this limit compares to similar prohibitions with alcohol. As always I value your comments and feedback about the legislative process in Colorado. "
